1 hand full of spinach
5 - 6 celery sticks
1 1/2 small beetroot
A very small piece of ginger
2 radishes
3 large carrots
Preparation:
Wash and place vegetables in juicer and start juicing. Bear in mind that you don't need an expensive juicer; just a simple and effective juicer will do the job.
When fished juicing, pour juice into a glass cup and drink or serve :).
