Orange turmeric creamsicle smoothie
This smoothie is very thick so you could eat it with a spoon and call it pudding if you want!
Or you can just add a little extra water if you like it thinner.
Orange turmeric creamsicle smoothie:
- 1 orange with peel
- 1 orange without peel
- 1/2 cup mango chunks
- 1/2 large avocado
- 1/2 can full fat coconut milk
- 20-30 drops vanilla stevia
- 2-3 chunk fresh turmeric root
* Makes 2 small smoothies or 1 extra large
